Frequently Asked Questions
Ages and height guidelines? 4-104 years of age & any height.
How many times will I Fly? In the first part of the lesson at least 3-5 times and in the second part of the lesson, another 1-2 times.
What to Wear? Fitted gear, nothing baggy. Wear a t-shirt that covers your midsection (we provide a harness). Shorts, yoga pants, or leggings are great and socks to protect your feet (no footwear while flying).
Weather? Class will not commence during consistent rain. If it is raining in the morning, we won't necessarily cancel afternoon classes. If Trapezius does cancel a class, you will have the opportunity to reschedule at any time before the end of the season.
Pricing? Sessions start at $85 for 1-time individual in a group sessions. Private group buyouts available (details on our GROUPS page).
Time? Sessions are between 60-90 minutes depending on date, time, and number of students in the session. Each session has 5-10 flyers and follows a format that will be completed regardless of the amount of time needed.
Safety? It is super safe. All participants fly with a harness, over a net, and attached to safety lines being held by an instructor. A Trapezius staff member will also assist you on the platform.
Weight Restrictions? If you can hold your body weight from your hands for 10 seconds, you'll be fine. You don't need to be able to lift yourself. Flying Trapeze is about timing and momentum, not strength.
Spectators? We have space for your whole entourage. No extra charge.
Parties & Groups? Pricing and details on our GROUPS page. Any type of gathering is welcome. Birthdays, troops, family gatherings, picnics, company outings, bachelorette, and more.
Languages? Some Trapezius instructors speak and teach in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Hebrew. If you're coming from out of town or bringing a guest from abroad, don't hesitate to join us. Call ahead to ensure an instructor that speaks your language will be available.
Waivers? Everyone signs a waiver. It is what it is people! Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. If you have print capabilities, print the waiver and bring it along to speed the check-in process.
